Which events require tickets?
The following events require tickets obtained from the Harvard Box Office: Moonlight Cruise ($37), An Evening at the Harvard Museum of Natural History (FREE), Last Chance Dance ($38), and Senior Soirée ($40). Additionally, the following events require non-Harvard Box Office tickets: Senior Outdoor Reflection Trip (SORT) ($70 at harvard2019.org/sort) and Senior Talent Show (FREE but limited at Sanders Theatre Box Office).
When and where can I get my tickets?
Harvard Box Office tickets are available starting Wednesday, May 8th. The Harvard Box Office is located at the Smith Campus Center (1350 Massachusetts Ave.) and operates Tuesday through Sunday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Tickets are also available online at boxoffice.harvard.edu (note: online purchases incur a one-time transaction fee of $6.00 for paid events and $3.00 for free events). Tickets for the Senior Talent show are available at the Sanders Theatre Box Office beginning at 7:00 PM on Friday, May 24th (the night of the show). Check harvard2019.org/sort for updates on acquiring tickets for SORT.
Are Senior Week tickets SEF-eligible?
All Senior Week tickets with paid admission are SEF-eligible!
Do I have to be 21 years old to go to any of the Senior Week events?
The only 21+ event is Last Chance Dance.
What are the entry requirements?
Entry to all Senior Week events require a valid HUID and all ticketed events require valid tickets. Additionally, the following events require a valid government ID: Senior Olympics, Senior BBQ, Moonlight Cruise, An Evening at the Harvard Museum of Natural History, Camp Harvard, Last Chance Dance, and Senior Soirée.
Will alcohol be served? Can I bring my own?
No one is allowed to bring alcohol to any Senior Week event. You must be at least 21 years old to drink alcohol at any Senior Week event. Acceptable identification for age verification is a valid government ID accompanied by a HUID. For entry at 21+ events and for alcohol service at any event, international students should carry their passports. Failure to have both a government ID and a HUID will result in the denial of entry at 21+ events and in the denial of alcohol service at all events.
Can I bring a friend?
Senior Week is for Harvard College seniors only. No guests are allowed at any Senior Week event. All events require a valid Harvard University ID (HUID). Tickets for ticketed events bear the name of the senior and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Are there any other Senior Week events I should know about?
Harvard Recreation will be putting on Senior Week Wellness fitness classes every day of Senior Week at 11:00 AM! The events include: Total Body Conditioning (MAC Mezzanine on Monday 5/20), Zumba (MAC Mezzanine on Tuesday 5/21), Outdoor Run (meet on the MAC steps on Wednesday 5/22), Cycle (MAC Cycle Room on Thursday 5/23), Barre (MAC Mezzanine on Thursday 5/24), and Outdoor Run (meet on the MAC steps on Friday 5/24). No prior registration is necessary for these events, but please note that the MAC Mezzanine has a capacity of 34 people, and the MAC Cycle Room has a capacity of 20 people (so get there early!). For the fitness classes, students should check in at the front desk of the MAC and inform them that they are attending a Senior Week class to receive a class pass. Passes will be given out until capacity is reached. There is no capacity for the runs.
